Should you wish to return the goods for a refund the packaging must be as received with the product un-opened and ready for us to re-sell. Like any medication, food supplement or other supplement it is the customers responsibility to consult medical advice with their doctor or health advisor regarding any allergies, medication they may be taking or any other medical queries they may have in relation to using our products.
The customer must inform the company by email or telephone within 14 days of receiving the item that they want to return it. The customer then has another 14 days to return it and the company has 14 days when they receive the return to refund the money. So technically the whole process could take a maximum of 42 days.
All Damages, cancellations & Returns must be notified via e-mail within 14 days of receipt of the product.
